Identity Verification (KYC) Policy

1. Why We Verify Identity

FlashProxy B.V. is committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform for all users. As part of our fraud prevention and security efforts, we may require certain users to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC").

Identity verification is carried out through ComplyCube, an independent, certified identity-verification provider (ISO/IEC 27001 and UK DIATF certified). When verification is required, our team issues you a secure ComplyCube link — you complete the check directly with ComplyCube, and we never ask you to email identity documents to us.

2. When Is KYC Required?

You may be asked to complete identity verification in the following situations:

• When creating a new account (if flagged by our security systems)
• When making high-value transactions or exhibiting unusual purchase patterns
• When suspicious activity is detected on your account
• When a chargeback or payment dispute is filed
• At FlashProxy's sole discretion to ensure platform integrity

3. What Documents Are Required?

To complete identity verification, you must provide:

1. Full legal name — as it appears on your government-issued ID
2. Current residential address
3. Government-issued photo ID — clear photographs of the front and back. Accepted documents:
   • Passport
   • National identity card
   • Driver's license
4. Biometric liveness check — a short guided selfie capture, performed inside the ComplyCube flow, that confirms you are a live person and that you match your ID document

4. How to Submit

When verification is required, our team will send you a secure, single-use verification link hosted by ComplyCube. You complete the entire process — capturing your ID and the liveness check — directly within ComplyCube's secure flow. You do not email any documents to FlashProxy.

For a smooth check, please ensure:

• Your ID is well-lit, in focus, and fully within the frame
• Your full name and photo are clearly visible on the ID
• You follow the on-screen prompts to complete the liveness check

Most verifications are reviewed automatically within minutes. If a manual review is needed, our team will follow up.

5. How Your Data Is Protected

• Your identity documents and biometric data are captured, processed, and stored by ComplyCube — our certified identity-verification sub-processor — within their secure, encrypted infrastructure, under a data processing agreement
• ComplyCube is independently certified to ISO/IEC 27001 (information security) and UK DIATF, and performs automated biometric liveness and anti-spoofing checks certified to ISO/IEC 30107-3
• FlashProxy itself retains only the verification outcome (pass/fail) and a reference identifier — not copies of your ID documents or biometric data
• Access to verification results is strictly limited to authorized FlashProxy personnel on a need-to-know basis
• We never sell, rent, or trade your identity data, and we disclose it only to ComplyCube to perform the verification, or where required by law
• Identity data is retained only as long as necessary for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then deleted (see our Privacy Policy for retention periods)

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access your KYC data at any time
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your KYC data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Restrict how we process your data
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent at any time (note: this may result in account suspension if KYC is required)

We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

7. Consequences of Non-Compliance

• If KYC is not completed within 7 business days of the request, your account may be suspended or terminated
• Submitting fraudulent, altered, or stolen identity documents will result in permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement
