FAQ
Is using FlashProxy legal?
Proxies are a legitimate tool. You're responsible for using FlashProxy lawfully and within our Acceptable Use Policy — the prohibited-use boundaries are set out in Section 9 of the Terms. Breaking them can lead to suspension or termination.
Are the IPs ethically sourced?
Yes. FlashProxy's residential IP pool is built on ISP partnerships rather than consumer-side SDKs or malware-bundled proxy clients, with a documentable provenance chain.
How does billing work?
It depends on the product:
- Per-GB for metered plans (Residential, Residential Lite, Datacenter, Mobile, Shared ISP, IPv6).
- Flat / unmetered (throughput-throttled) for Unlimited Residential.
- Per-IP for Dedicated ISP.
Pay by card or crypto. See pricing.
What's the difference between the products?
Each product trades off IP type, speed, geo depth, and price differently. See the per-product guides linked from the docs home, or the pricing pages.
Is IPv6 supported?
Yes — IPv6 Residential and IPv6 Datacenter (US). See their product guides.
What's a sticky session?
A session that keeps the same IP across all its requests, configurable from 1 minute up to 2 hours. The alternative is rotating — a fresh IP per request. See Sessions.
How do I rotate IPs?
Use a rotating session — every request gets a fresh IP automatically. See Sessions.
Is there a free trial?
The 14-day free trial is currently paused and returning soon. Unlimited Residential is available via a $20 trial.
