Acceptable Use Policy

FlashProxy's Acceptable Use Policy is Section 9 of the Terms of Service. Using FlashProxy means agreeing to it.

Prohibited uses

You may not use FlashProxy for:

• Illegal activity of any kind
• Unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Distributing malware
• Spam, phishing, or fraud
• Harassment
• Intellectual-property infringement
• Harm to minors
• Circumventing security controls
• Interfering with or disrupting systems
• Violating the terms of service of the targets you connect to
• Unauthorized resale of the service
• Sharing your credentials

Consequences

Violations lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund (subject to the KYC-decline carve-out in the KYC Policy). FlashProxy reserves the right to refer matters to law enforcement.
